KEVIN CORLOR has been appointed as Best Western’s new Area Developer for Vietnam. Hong Kong-Vietnamese national Corlor is a graduate of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. He arrives at Best Western having served as CEO of V.B. International.
ADRIAAN RADDER has been announced as the new General Manager of the One & Only Ocean Club, Bahamas. Most recently, Radder had worked for Ritz-Carlton as the Vice President and Area General Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of Washington DC.
JACKY MICHELLE has been appointed as the new Revenue Co-ordinator for The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa. Prior to joining The Villas, Michelle worked for a swimwear manufacturer and has also been involved with the Warwick Hotel Chain.
FAKHER DAGHESTANI has been announced as Boeing’s new Director of Corporate Communications for the Middle East. Before joining Boeing, Daghestani had worked for 8 years as Senior Regional Operations Director for ASDA’A - the region’s largest PR agency, and has also worked as a journalist with Al Khaleej.
AXEL DINESEN has been appointed as TMS Asia Pacific’s new Executive Consultant - F&B. Dinesen will head-up TMS’ new specialist F&B recruitment division and the company expands its portfolio. For full article, see TDA 23Sep08.
NIGEL JOHNSON has been appointed as the new General Manager of Hertz in the United Arab Emirates. Johnson relocates to Dubai from London, where he worked in the Fleet Operations division of Inchcape, an automotive solutions provider.
SIMON STAMPER has been promoted to the position of Area Manager of the InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Al Ain. Stamper arrives from London where he held the position of General Manager at IHG’s 906-room Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum.
