StayWell Hospitality Group has signed an agreement to manage its first hotel in Indonesia – the Park Regis Kuta, Bali.
Located on Jalan Raya Kuta, close to Bali’s main shopping and entertainment areas, the Park Regis Kuta comprises 175 guest rooms including studios, junior suites and pool suites, with most rooms viewing over the hotel’s swimming pool. Other facilities will include a café, restaurant, fitness centre, spa and business centre.
“Bali is a destination we have been considering for some time and were waiting for the right opportunity, which we’ve found with Park Regis Kuta. We anticipate this announcement will be the start of further developments within the South East Asia region, including further properties within Indonesia itself,” said StayWell’s CEO, Simon Wan.
Australia-based StayWell entered Southeast Asia in 2010 with the launch of the Park Regis Singapore, and now plans to expand in India, China, Europe and the Middle East.
