Swiss-Belhotel International has signed a new agreement with global travel wholesaler GTA, for the distribution of multiple properties in Indonesia and the Middle East.
The company will now use GTA to drive business to 44 of its hotels and resorts under a new ‘Margin Agreement’ contract, which is intended to give hotels more flexibility in pricing and yield management.
“GTA makes it easy for hoteliers like Swiss-Belhotel International to successfully market and sell their rooms to even more consumers worldwide,” said Martin Jones, GTA’s senior vice president for global sourcing & commercial management.
“As demand for fully independent travel to and within Asia increases, travel sellers around the world will surely welcome this new partnership and our ever-expanding portfolio of hotels throughout Indonesia and beyond.”
Gavin Faull, Swiss-Belhotel’s chairman & president, added that “a deeper relationship with GTA will help us encourage even more international visitors to travel here (to Indonesia) and help us secure future success.”
Swiss-Belhotel currently manages a portfolio of more than 120 hotels in 13 countries.
