In a bid to cater to its growing Arab travellers, the TAMANI Marina Hotel has taken on a UAE national as a concierge. This initiative is part of the plans to employ more Emiratis in the hospitality sector.
The Emirati’s responsibilities include guiding hotel guests to touristic attractions and events and answering queries on a variety of topics, ranging from shopping malls to nightlife, heritage sites, cultural programmes and best places to dine. The concierge speaks Arabic, English, Russian and Hindi.
