Wyndham Grand Regency Doha unveiled the opening of its Moroccan Restaurant – Tangia. The restaurant boasts live entertainment from 12 noon until 24:00 midnight. Guests can savour signature specialities of classic Moroccan dishes.
The menu features Lobster Harira, a traditional Moroccan soup with lobster, chickpeas, lentil, tomato, coriander and argon oil; Tangia, a Marrakesh lamb slowly cooked for six hours and served in a traditional Tangia clay pot; Chocolate Couscous Fondant, served with a red berry coulis and roasted almond ice cream; and a selection of Moroccan teas. The restaurant also offers four private dining rooms for social and family gatherings.
