Thai Airways International (THAI) is celebrating the Indian festival of Diwali by adding some spice to its Sub-Continent flights. A special Indian menu has been prepared for the airline by Vinder Balbir, owner of one of Bangkok’s top Indian restaurants, Mrs Balbir’s. During the month of October 2011, the menu will be available in both Business and Economy classes on THAI’s flights from Bangkok to Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Kathmandu, Dhaka, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. The move forms part of THAI’s ‘Chef Gallery by THAI’ campaign, which aims to harness the skills of some of Thailand’s best chefs.
