Thai AirAsia has cut its punctuality guarantee down from three to two hours, the Bangkok Post has reported. From 1 November passengers whose flights are delayed by more than two hours will be entitled to a compensation voucher worth THB1,800 (US$53).
Thai AirAsia’s Chief Executive, Tassapon Bijleveld, said that the airline’s on-time performance now exceeded 90%, compared with 70% four years ago.
