(26 April 2010): Thai Airways International Public Company Limited has introduced a special service for Royal First Class passengers. From today onwards, inflight meals may be pre-ordered through THAI’s website at www.thaiairways.com.
Mr. Teerapol Chotichanapibal, THAI’s Vice President for Commercial Development & Support Department, said THAI is continually improving services for maximum customer satisfaction. The new service is an alternative to the regular menu, and is designed to conveniently facilitate customer lifestyle, creating ease through internet access.
Passengers flying THAI’s Royal First Class will experience added convenience by selecting inflight meals prior to flight departure via www.thaiairways.com. In addition to the regularly served menu, Royal First Class passengers may select from 22 special choices through THAI’s website, under the category of THAI services and by clicking Royal First Pre-Order Meal Service. Passengers merely input the 6-digit confirmation code and surname, and follow the instructions to view the special menu photos and details. As well, THAI Royal First Class passengers may pre-order their meal selection when making flight reservations.
The menu choices listed on the website are a result of surveys conducted on the routes operated, in order to introduce a wide selection prepared by THAI’s Catering Department.
THAI’s Royal First Pre-Order Meal Service on www.thaiairways.com is a new service from the heart, developed to enhance customer convenience in Royal First Class.
