The Chester Grosvenor is celebrating a record-breaking August with the best revenue and occupancy results since the hotel opened in 1865.
The revenue for August year-on-year growth was 11% and the hotel’s occupancy was 97.4% for the month of August 2016, making it the most successful the hotel has recorded in its 150 year history.
The Chester Grosvenor GM Richard Grove commented: “We are absolutely delighted to announce these results from the month of August, which certainly highlight that The Chester Grosvenor is going from strength to strength.”
The black and white timbered façade of The Chester Grosvenor’s grade II listed building belies a modern interior, which boasts 68 bedrooms and 12 suites, two award-winning restaurants, most notably ‘Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor’ which has retained its Michelin star for 26 consecutive years, a boutique spa, and a wedding, meeting and events venue.
