JEFFREY GOH has been announced as the Star Alliance’s new CEO, replacing Mark Schwab who will retire at the end of the year. Goh joined Star Alliance from IATA in 2007, and currently serves as the alliance’s chief operating officer and general counsel. He will continue to be based in Germany.

BRETT KELLER has been named as the interim CEO of Priceline.com, effective immediately. A Priceline veteran, Keller joined the online travel company in 1999 and has served in a variety of executive roles including chief marketing officer and, most recently, chief operating officer.

TODD ARTHUR has become vice president of sales & market development for Sabre Travel Network Asia Pacific. He brings more than 20 years of travel industry experience to the travel technology company, most recently as managing director for HRS in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.

SCOTT McCONNELL has been named as Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s new director of global leisure sales for Asia Pacific. A seasoned industry professional with more than 18 years’ experience, McConnell most recently served as a global account director with Langham Hospitality Group.

FATIMA AL HASHEMI has been announced as Etihad Airways’ new airport manager for Seoul’s Incheon International Airport. Ms Al Hashemi joined Etihad in 2012 as a graduate manager and has since worked in Abu Dhabi and Singapore. She is a graduate of Zayed University in Dubai.

DANY LUTZEL has become general manager of the Niccolo Chongqing, Marco Polo’s second luxury Niccolo hotel. He joins the company from the Kempinski Chongqing, where he began as resident manager in 2014 and later become GM. Previously he was GM at the Radisson Blu St Gallen, Switzerland.

JON LOEFFELHOLZ has been appointed general manager of five Oakwood properties in Japan. A US national, Loeffelholz brings extensive Japanese hospitality experience to the serviced apartment company, having previously worked in Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe, Nagoya, Okinawa and Sapporo.

ALBERT HONG has been appointed general manager of the Lanson Place Jinlin Tiandi Serviced Residences in Shanghai. Hong moves across the city from the Park Hyatt, where he previously worked as director of sales & marketing. He has also worked for Starwood and Regent.

SHERINE CHUA has been named as Wyndham Hotel Group’s new director of human resources for Southeast Asia. Ms Chua joins the company from Shangri-La, where she worked as cluster director of HR for two Hotel Jen properties in Singapore. She has also previously worked for IHG and Raffles.

NORMAN ZWEYER has become Six Senses’ new director of marketing communications for Vietnam. He brings more than 12 years of experience to the role, the last nine of which have been spent with Six Senses in Oman and Thailand. Previously, he worked for the One&Only Maldives at Reethi Rah.
