The Puli Hotel and Spa, Shanghai, has launched a brand new garden terrace. The 135-square metre outside space overlooks Jing’An Park and has the capacity to hold 55 people with sofas, chairs and additional undercover seating. The PuLi’s resident chef, Dane Clouston has also created a menu of light snacks including chilled liver parfait, marinated prawns and a selection of cheeses. This complements an extensive list of wines, champagnes and cocktails. The lounge area will also host live music performances, barbeques, open air cinema evenings and croquet afternoons.
