Mt. Hood Tiny House Village opened at Mt. Hood Village RV Resort & Campground in Welches, Oregon with five tiny living spaces full of character. Rates start at $129-$139 each night and space starts at 175 up to 260 square feet. Each home has its own unique vibe, from Zoe’s whimsical decor to Lincoln’s rustic, modern design.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy all of the amenities available at Mt. Hood Village Campground, including the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, café and walking paths. With Mt. Hood National Forest as its backdrop, these homes offer guests a chance to experience the back-to-basics lifestyle while enjoying an adventure-filled stay while in Mt. Hood Territory.
Timberline Lodge is also Introducing their New Proprietary Beef Program with a “gate to plate” by partnering with Deschutes River Beef for the lodge’s proprietary beef program. Timberline has purchased 52 cows that are born and raised humanely without growth hormones in Maupin, OR, just 45 minutes east of where Timberline Lodge sits on Mt. Hood. Timberline is also butchering in-house, and even grinding its own meat. With respect to the animals, full utilization is the goal. After dry aging for 21 days, lodge meat cutters handcraft a variety of thick cut steaks and slow cooked roasts for service in the Cascade Dining Room.
