Toga Hotels has changed its name, following its recent joint venture with Far East Hospitality.
The Australian company will now be known as TFE Hotels (Toga Far East Hotels), and its logo has been changed to reflect the new branding.
“This rebrand reflects the combined strength of two well-recognised international businesses and allows our family of brands to continue to grow in Australia and overseas,” said Rachel Argaman, CEO of TFE Hotels.
“The joint venture is enabling us to expand our portfolio from 57 to over 65 properties, having already commenced management and consultancy services to 11 Rendezvous Hotels, as well as other new, exciting openings in the pipeline.”
Following the agreement, TFE will now manage six Rendezvous hotels in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney, as part of a broader portfolio of 65 hotels across Australia and New Zealand. It will offer consultancy services for five others.
The joint venture with Singapore-based Far East Hospitality, which was announced in November last year, makes TFE one of the largest hospitality chains in Australia.
