Tourism Toronto is offering new financial incentives to its Indian agency partners.
As part of its new ‘India Agency Incentive Program’, the Canadian city is offering financial incentives to agencies in India for corporate group travel to Toronto.
Indian agents can earn incentives from CA$2,500 to more than CA$10,000 (US$2,000-8,100) by meeting the required number of room nights over a calendar year.
Travel dates do not have to be within 2015, but bookings need to be confirmed before 10 December 2015.
“With this introductory program offering exclusive rates to Indian agents, MICE traffic to the city of Toronto is bound to increase,” said Sudarshana Kar, Tourism Toronto’s business development manager for MICE. “Rewarding agents for their efforts is essential to Tourism Toronto, as they will be making groups aware of all the wondrous and impressive MICE facilities Toronto has to offer.”
The incentive offer is applicable to all kinds of MICE bookings, including meetings, incentives and training groups.
