Those applying for UAE visas can now pay for the financial documents and health insurance fees online.
Major-General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, chairman of the Ministry of Interior’s E-transformation Higher Committee, said the new service “is in pursuance of the Federal Government’s strategy and aims to streamline customers’ procedures”.
“These services facilitate customer procedures and save time and effort without the need to visit service centres, health insurance offices, and banks,” he continued.
“They can now directly obtain the required service via Ministry of Interior applications.”
Major-General Al Raisi added that the service contributes to reducing the time needed to complete the procedures with less paperwork, “in order to protect the environment, increase production efficiency, and reduce time and effort for customers to obtain their services”.
