United flight attendants protest in HK, Tokyo

United Airlines flight attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO (AFA-CWA), yesterday protested over new contracts. Demonstrations were held at Hong Kong International Airport and Tokyo’s Narita International Airport, as well as in Frankfurt, London and locations across the US. The attendants are seeking improved pay, benefits, working conditions and pensions.
