Vamoos launches new app features to drive loyalty

Today Vamoos – self-billed as ‘The App for Travel Companies’ – has launched its new update, making it easier to increase customer loyalty and repeat bookings.

Vamoos is celebrating five years of being in business, helping travel companies enhance customer experiences with features like day by day itineraries, live flight alerts, interactive maps, weather, points of interest as well as all travel documents.

The new release makes the app fully customisable, allowing travel companies to fully reflect their specialised knowledge and services.

The new launch provides 15 new features in terms of both functionality and design. These features include: fully customisable labels and icons allowing each experience to be completely bespoke.

The updates also provides the functionality to display entire trip details in one swipe – bringing trips to life before they have even begun.

Also added is the ability to show other trips on the app home page, encouraging customers to think about their next trip, which promotes repeat custom and drives loyalty.
