Vida Downtown Dubai implements OPERA9 Mobile

Vida Downtown Dubai has recently launched the OPERA9 Mobile in a bid to enhance its customer service experience. The OPERA9 is a platform that enhances front and back of house operations, thereby increasing overall efficiency.
The hotel is the first in the region to implement the system. With the software, the hotel can further improve its service; increase staff efficiencies; simplify complex requests surrounding reservations; and manage operations seamlessly.
Stefan Viard, general manager, Vida Downtown Dubai, said: “The implementation of the OPERA9 Mobile system underlines our goal to provide visitors with an ‘Alive and Inspired’ hospitality experience.”
The software will also assist in room management and maintenance by defining room statuses in three categories – inspected and pickup; manage out-of-office statuses; maintenance tasks; and attendant management and task sheets.
