Voyages of Discovery has unveiled a rebranding with a simplified approach to its booking process.
The cruise line has introduced clearer cabin categories, new packages and new itineraries, and will also have a new butler service from November 2015.
It will now offer 11 cabin categories instead of 20, with the butler service available automatically in the Owners Suite. Passengers in junior or balcony suites can pay extra for a butler service, which is commissionable.
The cruise line will offer spa and drinks add-ons to help passengers personalise trips, and has a new brochure with new itineraries including the ‘Atlantic Showcase’, ‘South America’s Wild Coast’ and ‘Colours of Central America’.
Travel agents can also earn 10% commission on the new packages.
Colin Wilson, group sales director said: “We also introduced a new logo and new website with a more contemporary look with simplified search functionality, improved content and tablet and mobile phone capabilities, will further enhance the experience from the very outset. It was made very clear from our extensive customer research that passengers wanted a simpler, easier approach to their cruise booking.”
