British Airways was named top consumer brand from a shortlist of 1,500 which was then selected for quality, reliability and distinction.
Thomas Cook, Heathrow, Virgin Trains, P&O Cruises and Hilton Hotels & Resorts were category winners in the tour operator, airport, trains, cruise and hotel sectors respectively.
Virgin Atlantic was the highest travel brand in the business list, in ninth place.
Eurostar, British Airways and Hilton were named as winners in the business categories.
