Airline partners with digital media company NMPi

Digital media specialists NMPi today announced that it has partnered with Wizz Air. The agreement will help the brand to deliver a personalised digital marketing experience for its customers.

The partnership will see NMPi provide Wizz Air with a full-stack media management service, compiled of media, technology and creative solutions. NMPi’s team includes analysts, account managers and technologists that will come together to help Wizz Air reach customers more effectively with a tailored and creative marketing experience.

The integration of NMPi’s solutions enables Wizz Air to utilise a full-funnel marketing approach across all digital channels, creating an end-to-end personal customer journey. NMPi will use dynamic templates to modify messaging, which will ensure that each channel offers customers the most relevant and up-to-date flight times, prices and routes on offer.

Wizz Air aims to improve the real-time element of their campaigns, incorporating its live business data with NMPi’s solutions. NMPi’s appointment by Wizz Air also marks the continued progression of NMPi’s fully integrated service, enabled by NMPi’s and DQ&A’s recent acquisition of US creative specialist agency, Joystick.
