Zuma opens in Turkey

Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma has decided to permanently set base at D-Hotel Maris in Turkey in June 2014. D-Hotel Maris is an exclusive resort with 200 deluxe rooms and suites.
The other facilities include an ESPA spa, restaurants, bars and water sports. Authentic Japanese cuisine is served in a modern Izakaya-style dining.
The hotel will showcase a sushi counter, robata grill and a charcoal grill from Japan. Some of the delicacies on the menu include the jumbo tiger prawn with yuzu pepper (a Japanese citrus fruit) and chilli marinated lamb chops with pickled baby onion and carrots. The Zuma Bar offers mix creative cocktails such as the martini style Ama Mizu with fresh watermelon, sake and vodka and the Yoshi Nura with ginger, mint and lime.
