TAM has revealed that it could double its flight operations from London this summer. The airline is waiting for approval to increase the Heathrow-Rio de Janeiro flights from three to six departures in August. The news comes after the Brazilian airline said it will receive two new Airbus A330s in the next two months. The aircraft will be used to boost its Rio-Frankfurt operations as a daily service. Its Rio – New York schedule will also increase from four to six week departures.
