Air Arabia partners with NCEMA

Air Arabia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA), the federal organisation responsible for coordinating the national response to emergencies and crises.
Under the terms of the MoU, Air Arabia will provide the NCEMA with all support needed in implementing its strategies and plans. The two organisations will also establish a joint working group to develop procedures that support efforts taken by the NCEMA.
The signing ceremony was attended by Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammad Al Thani, chairman of Air Arabia, and Mohamed Khalfan Matar Al Romaithi, director general, NCEMA.
Sheikh Al Thani and Al Romaithi stressed the importance of this partnership and the support that the airline will provide to NCEMA in achieving its objective. The organization’ work is focused mainly in the development, consolidation and maintenance of laws, policies and procedures of emergency and crisis management at the national level.
