All Leisure Group has revealed that it will be joining the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE) in a bid to better its relationship with travel agents.
The announcement means that All Leisure’s brands – Swann Hellenic, Voyages of Discovery and Hebdridean Island Cruises – will all become members of ACE and have their materials available on the association’s platform.
“I’m delighted that The All Leisure Group has chosen to join the association as they showcase very different styles of cruising reinforcing the great diversity of our holiday sector,” said ACE director, Andy Harmer. “We look forward to welcoming them to the Selling Cruise Conference next month in Southampton when agents will be able to hear first-hand about the All Leisure fleet.”
The decision comes after All Leisure made the announcement that Julie Franklin would be joining the company as trade national account manager, being joined by a team of three trade ‘specialists’.
Group sales director of All Leisure Group, Colin Wilson, said: “We are looking forward to working closely with ACE to build stronger relationships and to help agents really understand our brands and how they can sell them. As well as greater resources available to the trade, our membership will also allow us to have a strong presence at key industry events including the Selling Cruise Conference in May. The new sales team in place will be out and about and meeting agents across the country so that they can get to know the people behind the products that they are selling.”
