The total domestic passengers carried by the Scheduled Airlines of India in the third quarter of 2010 - July to September 2010 – was 119.83. The total domestic passengers carried by the Scheduled Airlines of India in the first quarter of 2010 – January to March 2010 – was 118.53 lakhs. The total domestic passengers carried by the Scheduled Airlines of India in the second quarter of 2010 - April to June 2010 – was 134.77 lakhs.
The break-up for the third quarter is as follows:
Air India (Domestic) - 21.69 lakhs, Jet Airways -23.22 lakhs, Jet Lite - 8.97 lakhs, Kingfisher - 23.85 lakhs, Spice Jet - 15.34 lakhs, Paramount - 0.12 lakhs, Go Air - 6.82 lakhs, IndiGo - 19.82 lakhs.
The total domestic passengers carried by the Scheduled Airlines of India in the month of September, 2010 were 39.10 lakhs. The break-up is as follows:
Air India (Domestic) - 7.31 lakhs, Jet Airways -7.61 lakhs, Jet Lite - 2.90 lakhs, Kingfisher - 7.73 lakhs, Spice Jet - 4.92 lakhs, Go Air - 2.28 lakhs, IndiGo -6.35 lakhs.
The percentage share of the carriers in the third quarter of 2010 was:
Air India (Domestic) 18.1%, Jet Airways - 19.4%, Jet Lite - 7.5%, Kingfisher - 19.9%, Spice Jet-12.8%, Paramount - 0.1%, Go Air - 5.7% and IndiGo - 16.5%.
The percentage share of the carriers in the month of September, 2010 was:
Air India (Domestic) - 18.7%, Jet Airways - 19.5%, Jet Lite - 7.4%, Kingfisher - 19.8%, Spice Jet- 12.6%, Go Air - 5.8 % and IndiGo - 16.2%.
The seat factor of the domestic airlines in the month of September, 2010 was:
Air India (Domestic) - 66.7%, Jet Airways - 70.2%, JetLite - 71.8%, Kingfisher Airlines - 85.9%, Spice Jet - 70.2%, Go Air -70.0% and IndiGo - 72.3%.
