Adventure holiday provider Bamba has announced new Hop-On-Hop-Off (HOHO) services in India.
Nine overland routes have been launched including Agra to Ajmer and Jaipur to Jodhpur all starting in either Delhi or Mumbai.
Multiple departures are available each day with excursions and accommodation on offer through local families.
The new routes aim to take advantage of the growing market for travel in India which has increased 150% in the last 10 years reaching 6.85 million in 2013.
Armin Roelcke, Bamba’s chief happiness officer for Asia said: “Everyone who works at Bamba lives and breathes travel and as a team, India is one of our favourite destinations. At Bamba we passionately believe in the importance of travel for self-discovery so to be able to open routes in India and allow travellers to engage with this awe inspiring country is a huge milestone for us.”
