Thomas Cook ends Lufthansa talks

Thomas Cook has reportedly scrapped talks with Lufthansa and TUI over a three-way merger of its budget airline unit Condor, according to Bloomberg. The UK-based travel company says it believes that Condor can stand alone in the market.
Thomas Cook had been involved in discussions to combine Condor with Lufthansa’s Germanwings and TUIfly Germany.
