The tour operator is one of the latest to open its own store in recent months including Kuoni and Abercrombie & Kent.“Our research also told us that owners value a local presence and whilst our 47 UK-based regional managers will still be first port of call for them, the high street location will provide a place where both our owners and customers will be able to pop in and speak to someone who can help,” said Nick Rudge, managing director of cottages4you.“We place a great deal of importance on supporting rural communities , ensuring we promote local businesses to our holidaymakers through our Go Local campaign, so it’s a natural next step for us to have a physical presence in the heart of the communities we work in,” he added.
