33 feared dead after Indonesia ferry sinks

Thirty-three people are feared to have drowned after their boat sank in heavy seas off Maluku, eastern Indonesia, last week, Channel NewsAsia has reported. The 12-metre vessel was travelling from Aru to Tual islands when it sank on Thursday due to bad weather. Twenty-five Chinese nationals are thought to be among the dead.
