Kuwait has agreed an ‘Open Skies’ pact with Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation has reported. A Kuwaiti delegation, led by Dr. Ismail Al-Shatti, Adviser to the Diwan of the Prime Minister, negotiated the deal during a visit to Indochina last month.
Under the new agreement, the national airlines of each country will be able to operate any number of flights to destinations within those countries using aircraft of any type and passenger capacity.
