VIP Cabanas open on Norwegian’s Great Stirrup Cay

Norwegian has opened its new ‘VIP cabanas’ on the line’s exclusive 250-acrem private island Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas. The 10 recently-completed cabanas form part of the lines £16 million enhancement project.
The cabanas are located on the western side of the island’s main beach; each cabana can accommodate six guests and are priced at £160 per day. For that guest receive lounge chairs, tables, cooler, beach towels and a shower. The rental fee also includes a £32 food and beverage credit, up to six all-day passes to the Hippo Waterslide and one large float. (Value £93).
Passengers with a cabana booking receive priority transfers to the island and offer an exclusive menu of seafood, charcuterie, sushi and fruit platters. Those who choose to dine at the islands barbecue can utilise their credit towards one of several beverage packages on offer.
Norwegian Sky visits Great Stirrup Cay year-round on its three- and four-night Bahamian voyages out of Miami with Norwegian Gem visiting during her seven-day voyages out of New York and Norwegian Jewel commencing her calls from October.
Norwegian Pearl will call into the private island this northern hemisphere winter during her seven-day Western Caribbean itinerary from Miami and Norwegian Breakaway will include Great Stirrup Cay in her itineraries from mid-October 2013 following her launch several months prior.
The cabanas are available on a first come first serve basis.
