Taber Holidays to conduct agent survey

Yorkshire-based Taber Holidays is to launch an agent survey in order to get more information on how the trade rates the company’s booking process.
Within the next few weeks, every agent who books a holiday with the Scandinavia specialists, will come through to the survey and be asked questions on helpfulness, knowledge, flexibility and promptness of staff.
Managing director of Taber Holidays Suzel Taber-Shaw, said: “The whole point of this is not to find out how their customers enjoyed their holiday, but how they found the experience of booking with us.
“About half of all our bookings come through the trade so we value the support of agents tremendously. By issuing this survey it will enable us to keep in tune with what is important to them and address any issues they may have. By the same strength, it also lets us know what they think we are doing well.”
