Plaza Premium plans major lounge expansion

Airport lounge operator, Plaza Premium, has announced plans for a major expansion of its global network.
Established in Hong Kong, the company now operates at 27 international airports. But under new plans unveiled this week, Plaza Premium intends to roll-out more facilities in India, with new lounges in Mumbai and Bengaluru, an expansion of its Delhi facilities and an expansion of its transit hotel in Hyderabad.
The company will also open new lounges in Macau, London Heathrow and Kuala Lumpur’s new terminal, KLIA2, as well as launching in Sydney.
“Our company prides itself on creating premium airport services that exceed travellers’ expectations,” said Song Hoi-See, founder & CEO of Plaza Premium. “By 2015, we will add 50 new locations in existing and new airports around the world. We will look to expand in mainland China, Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America.”
Already in 2013, Plaza Premium has added lounges in the Malaysian airports of Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Penang, as well as launching a new facility in Edmonton, Canada. It has also had expanded its lounges at Toronto and Singapore airports to include spa facilities.
And to mark its 15th anniversary, Plaza Premium is also updating its branding, with a new logo.
