Jet Airways inducts B737-800 with Sky Interior

Jet Airways announced the arrival of its first next generation Boeing 737-800 with Sky Interior. The induction of the new narrow-body aircraft will offer a new product for enhanced in-flight experience, with cabins featuring LED lighting, larger overhead storage bins and sculpted sidewalls. The airline took delivery of the first of these 11 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft this month, with the balance to be delivered between October 2011 and March 2013. Of the 11 aircraft, two Boeing 737-800 will have a 16 Premiere and 138 Economy Class seating configuration, while the remaining nine will have eight Premiere and 162 Economy class seats.
