In a bid to boost the local employment opportunity, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay will soon conduct two recruitment days specifically targeting Bahraini Nationals on 26-27 October 2014. The new 68-storey hotel is due to open its doors in Manama.
The Hotel, which is gearing up for its recruitment drive is keen to support the Labour Ministry’s Bahrainization program and efforts of the Specific Council for Training by investing in hiring and training of local talent wherever possible.
According to a report released in a leading Bahrain daily in August 2014, the number of Bahrainis working in the hospitality industry has increased approximately by four per cent in the preceding eight months. A separate recruitment day will be held on 28 October for international candidates.
Greg Pirkle, general manager of the property said: “We hire for attitude and train for skill. We believe our greatest asset and key to our success is our people.”
The new property will feature 273 guest rooms, six options for indoor-outdoor dining and drinks including three outlets by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, a spa with 17 treatment rooms, two ballrooms and a Sky Bridge with meeting rooms on the 50th and 51st floors.
