Air Mauritius saves with Amadeus solution

Through the solution, Air Mauritius has been able to concentrate all call centre activities in a single location, cutting costs and improving service, for instance cutting talk time by 40%, Amadeus said.
The solution, with its unique “Dynamic Desktop” integrates the airline’s telephone system directly into Amadeus Selling Platform. This allows the agent’s workspace to switch automatically to a screen tailored to the caller’s location, thus providing relevant content.
