Golden Tulip Jaipur is the first of six to be opened next year.
The group opened its development office in New Delhi in May last year and has already signed new hotels currently being built in Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Vizag.
It is said to be looking for partners and sites to jointly develop more hotels in India as well as in Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives & Seychelles.
Vimal J Singh, Senior VP and Managing Director, South Asia for the chain said one of its group companies (Ager Hotels) will be investing over US$200 million in equity to achieve the expansion plans.
