Touring specialist Cosmos Tours & Cruises has broadened its product range for UK customers with the launch of its first ever tour to Ireland.
Meeting the current demand for ‘staycations’ in the UK and Ireland, the new nine-day ‘Irish Explorer’ tour offers great value featuring the most famous sights and spectacular coastline around the Emerald Isle.
Starting in Dublin, the ‘Irish Explorer’ tour includes the Giant’s Causeway; Boyne Valley, known for its prehistoric passage graves; Downpatrick, said to be the burial place of St. Patrick; W.B. Yeats’ burial place, and the modern city of Belfast in Northern Ireland. Another famous highlight is the ‘Ring of Kerry’, a 100-mile coastal panoramic drive with sparkling seascapes, mountains dotted with brightly-coloured farmhouses, and spectacular views of the Lakes of Killarney.
Cosmos Tours’ Product & Commercial manager, Keesia Samuels, commented: “This is our first tour to Ireland, with many highlights included to create a unique and truly inspiring holiday. Packaged with flights, transfers and even a free VIP home pick-up service, agents can offer customers the ease of flying from one of five UK airports.”
Priced from £1165 per person, the new 9-day tour offers the chance to discover the whole region aboard a first-class air conditioned coach with an experienced tour director offering expert commentary and a passion for the featured highlights. With three and four star rated hotel accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, selected meals, return flights and airport transfers all included, the new tour offers strong value for money.
Departures are available from 19 January to 7 December 2017 with flights from Birmingham, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle.
