The Rixos Group of hotels plans to increase its portfolio to 32 hotels worldwide by 2018, with a strong focus in the Middle East.
The company has already revealed plans to open another flagship hotel in Jumeirah Beach in 2017 and in Abu Dhabi on the Saadiyat Island in 2018.
“I am convinced that with the opening of Rixos Jumeirah Beach Dubai, all our guests and stakeholders will continue to appreciate that Rixos Group is exceedingly robust. With these new openings, we expect business to grow further thus intensifying the profitability of Rixos Group in the UAE. Since Dubai is the most popular tourism destination in the Middle East, opening another Rixos hotel offers additional choices to luxury travelers and increases the market share of Rixos Group,” said Erkan Yildirim, Senior Vice President of Operations.
Rixos Hotels is also keen on expanding further in new markets such as Jeddah, Muscat, Salalah and Maldives.
The group will soon sign new agreements with these host countries and continue seeking out many other investment opportunities.
“Oman is another potential tourism destination and, in my opinion, Rixos Hotels will flourish in a country with such beautiful surroundings and scenic landscapes.” added Yildirim.
