A passenger ferry carrying over 700 people capsized in heavy sees on Saturday, the BBC has reported. So far only 32 survivors have been found from the Princess of the Stars ferry, which was travelling from Manila to Cebu when it ran into trouble. The Philippines has been battered by storms as Typhoon Fengshen cut a swathe across the country. The ferry was carrying 626 passengers and 121 crew.
