Lufthansa cuts fuel surcharge

Germany’s national carrier, Lufthansa, will reduce its fuel surcharge on all short- and long-haul services. The fuel surcharge on domestic German and intra-European routes will be lowered by EUR3 to EUR24 (US$32) per flight sector. Meanwhile on long-haul routes the surcharge will be decreased by EUR5 to EUR92 per flight sector.
