Qantas turbulence injures seven

Six passengers and one crew member have been injured in severe turbulence on a Qantas flight between Hong Kong and Perth, Bloomberg reported. In a statement, the airline said that the Airbus A330-300 aircraft experienced difficulties about four hours after leaving HK. Damage was reported to two overhead panels in the cabin, and two oxygen masks were also dislodged, it said. The extent of the injuries was not revealed.
