Japan sets up panel to restructure JAL

Japan’s Transport Ministry will set up a panel to help restructure Japan Airlines (JAL), it said in a statement. Bloomberg reported that the panel, which will have its first meeting on 20 August, will include legal and academic experts. Takehiko Sugiyama, President of Hitotsubashi University, will chair the group.
