Jakarta told to reduce cars

A forum on pollution in Jakarta has advised the Indonesian capital to reduce the number of cars on the city streets and increase green areas by 30%. According to a Jakarta Post report, the recommendation was made following a survey which revealed CO2 from the transportation sector accounts for 92% of gas emissions in the city.
