Wynn Resorts to raise US$1.6bn in Macau offering

Wynn Resorts plans to raise as much as HK$12.6 billion (US$1.63 billion) in an initial public offering of its Macau casino assets, Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed sources. According to the report, Wynn plans to sell 1.25 billion shares for up to HK$10.08 apiece, in a sale representing about 25% of its Macau business.
