Responsibilities:
Provides resolution on IT-related incidents and requests over phone calls, emails or job request forms.
Escalation of appropriate issues to higher level support when required.
Logging and tracking of all incidents assigned under the incident management system.
Provide quality customer service and timely response in accordance with the SLA for each incident handled.
Requirements:
– Minimum education N Level or equivalent and above, no previous IT studies or experience needed
– Willing to work overtime and be on standby duty (after office hours) when required
