You might be asking yourself, โDo I have what it takes to excel?โ We think you do. Typically, to qualify as a Customer Service Representative you need to have:
โข Completed at least 2 years of college
โข Excellent English communication skills
โข Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
โข Previous customer center experience helps but itโs not really a requirement

โข Wow customers with your ability to resolve their concerns with enthusiasm
