German Speaking – Business Development Executive
We have such an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s Largest Inbound Travel Tour Operators based in London. Due to further expansion this well-established company are looking for someone with experience in converting business from the German speaking markets inbound to the UK to join their exciting team. I am looking for someone with a good knowledge of the UK-Wide Tourism Industry and previous Business Development Experience.

German Speaking – Business Development Executive Duties:

• Develop potential new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the German Speaking Groups Market.
• Active hands on role in the Business Development function for the German Speaking Groups Department. This will involve the preparation and costing of proposed client group and series programs and dealing with the client to ensure their subsequent conversion to confirmed business.
• Following up with the client in a timely manner to convert offers and quotes into profitable sales.
• Utilization of the Tourplan system to generate quotations and subsequent follow ups, also ensuring that the confirmed proposal is accurately reflected in Tourplan.

German Speaking – Business Development Executive Requirements:

• Fluency in German (oral & written)
• Good knowledge of the British tourism industry product is a preferable.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Being achievement focused and sales driven
• Strong positive communication skills
• Being client focused, friendly and diplomatic
• Team player able to work in a busy environment
• A desire to be the best for yourself and your clients
