Job title:
Corporate Supply Contracting Manager
Purpose:
Delivery of the Corporate Supply Strategy that will drive strong long-term relationships with our supplier partners to maximize returns and longevity. The Corporate Contracting manager will insure that all partners and our clients are being supplied with competitive and connected content.
Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)
Grow supply returns
Build professional and mutually beneficial supply relationships
Implement and drive the national supply and distribution strategy
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Build and grow business networks
Review Revpar (margin) per agreement monthly
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to drive maximum returns
Relationship & Risk Management
Own multi-level relationships with designated suppliers & ensure products are used to deliver customer value and company income
Develop a deep understanding of all Suppliers
Resolve escalated commercial and supply failure queries
Interrogate market trends in the market through competitor landscape
Provide weekly ,monthly, quarterly and annual feedback to Head of Corporate Supply & Distribution
Supplier Management
Drive a business plan for all Suppliers
Measure supplier monthly budget and SLA in line with strategies
Conduct effective supplier touches for implementation, reviews , reporting and strategy days

Head of Corporate Supply , Corporate Supply GM
Key communication and relationships:
Internal: Corporate Supply Team, Corporate SWOT Teams, Customer Success Managers, Business Development Managers, Travel Managers, Finance, Business Systems, Online Business Systems, Project Management Teams
External: Clients and Suppliers
Job Requirements
Education and qualification:
Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 5)
Experience:
5 years’ experience in Travel
3 years’ Sales or Customer supplier experience
2 years’ contracting experience
Proven track record in achieving targets
